Company grew exponentially in the 5 years that I was there.

Took on a lot of work load but no corresponding promotion.

Decent training. If hired full time, treatment by the company improves. Solid benefits if you are full time.

Seagen hires contractors into what should be full time jobs. Even with strong performance, many of my former contract coworkers were let go. Contract companies offer poor to no benefits (no PTO, terrible insurance, nothing else) while making a huge commission at a cost to the contract employee.
