The internet marketing industry is constantly changing which allows lots of opportunity to keep learning. The training they provide for new employees and ongoing, is above the rest. Having to stay up with the industry keeps you on your toes and you are never bored.

We hire a lot of recent college graduates that have little professional experience. Because they've never worked anywhere else before, they do not realize how great of a company this really is and other companies are not like this.
