Junior staff no experience in senior positions across the company, 4 CFOs in less than 2 years, hire people and shut offices without notice, CTOs that can't change anything as no control. Arrogance thinking there product is number 1 when reality in US NOT SURE IF TOP TEN, Globally weak and feedback from OEMs is very poor. Generally poor business process
