Everything is a lie, from the moment you are contacted for interviews to the time you leave. I was approached and interviewed for an Administrative Assistant and that's what I was "hired for" on the first day of training I get told I'm a BDR, and no one explains why. I was desperate to start a new job so I took what I got. Training is non-existent, if you want to be thrown into the wolf pit be my guest. If you make a mistake bullied, If you do well bullied, If you help others bullied, IF YOU WORK REMOTE bullied. Even if you do your job well and you ask to move up within the company management will straight up say no. Team leading is a joke (but looks good on a resume). Everyone is money hungry for themselves, commission is not paid properly and it's a joke, BDR's make 1-3% commission while everyone else make about 70%. The CEO and his wife are the worst of it, making millions of dollars but can't pay their employees correctly. They prey on those that are naïve and young to do their dirty work. Also everyone is a business owner/partner to the company like why does a company need 8 partners. LASTLY, racism and sexism is in full effect at this company, BIPOC have no chance unless they kiss major xxx here. There is no Diversity & Inclusion (they don't see value in that). Mental health ( not real to them), WLB (not real to them). If you want to work at a place that is sent from xxxx and is the definition of Corporate America be my guest.
