Great work environment, supportive supervisors/coworkers

Many underlying responsibilities to clients that are left out of the job description. For example, finding client’s apartments/giving tours and helping clients with recertifications/other paperwork. They also do not tend to take clients off your caseload if you feel you cannot work with them unless there is an extreme situation.
