- Friendly work enviornment with co-workers willing to help each other succeed - Clearwater office is beautiful, unlike many title companies I have worked at before. They are a step above everyone in the area and make their clients feel at home and professional - Smaller firm so collaboration is crucial, much easier to learn and grow than the large "corporate" firms - Team meeting each weeks focuses on team development and training

I had a really good experience working in sales here. It was a fast paced environment, but it was also a great place to learn and build confidence talking with customers. The team was supportive and everyone was usually willing to help each other out, which made a big difference starting out. Management was encouraging and gave helpful feedback so you could keep improving. It’s definitely a role where you get out what you put in, but it was a great opportunity to develop sales skills and learn how to connect with people in real estate. Overall, I’m really glad I had the experience and learned a lot during my time there.

Sales in title is tough! This job is definitely not for everyone, but once you get the hang of it, it’s very rewarding.

Zero the few good reviews they have are from current employees that do much less than their share and protect their positions by stacking reviews. Notice they come immediately after a negative review ….hmmmm

Owner is truly a miserable human being. He has no ability to lead and routinely yells, screams, swears and belittles staff. Owner Changes his outdated processes constantly but no accountability or oversight to enforce or track changes leaving staff constantly changing gears while hoping they are not the next to be attacked by the owner in front of everyone. Equipment, IT security is outdated by 10 + years but he thinks it’s still state of the art/first class. Ownership and his “protected” employees consistently gossip and undermine any ability to be a cohesive team. Micromanagement of things that have zero impact while ignoring the glaring culture and work imbalance that needs to be addressed. The lack of any HR department ensures the behavior that will never change. Horrific reputation within the local area making recruitment of staff impossible. Google the owner - his outrageous behavior can be found surrounding previous volunteering at a local HS sports coaching program . The bullying doesn’t stop at the office !
