It has been 6 years since I started working with SearchBlox. Throughout it has been a wonderful and an exciting experience. At SearchBlox there is continuous learning, an array of opportunities and constant honing of skills. My learning has never stopped since I joined SearchBlox. Learning at SearchBlox for me was not limited only to the technical or analytical arena but also to a very great extent expanded to decision making, communication and management skills. I have seen myself grow at SearchBlox. Coming to work culture, it has always been transparent and open where each one's opinions and ideas are valued. It has always been a democratic environment at SearchBlox. Employees share a good rapport with each other and support each other. We also have a good relationship with the management. Our management has always been very understanding and considerate toward employee requirements and provides us with a flexible work environment. Dedication and efficiency at work are given prime importance. On the whole working at SearchBlox has been a life changing experience for me.
