Good leaders and Supportive CEO

Time management is hard, as the organization is working with a time tracker. You are rewarded for the amount of time you work not based on productivity and efficiency.

The pay is okay. Nothing exceptional

This company has a very cult-like environment, especially the Content/Marketing Team, which I was a part of. The team expects you to behave how the others behave, no exceptions. And if you respectfully and privately voice out your concerns to your manager, you will get called out and be considered unprofessional. Any company that repeatedly talks about how they are a "family" is always a red flag.
