      either you are controlled too much or not at all. It seems either way nobody is trusted. Very nice people, however the directory needs to have more decisive people as they are the only ones that can decide while they are extremely busy. They do very nice integration parties

      lack of trust, weird approach, no mentoring, have to follow company rules even though they do not bring any effect.
