This is the worst company I worked for. I don't even know where to start. It is unorganized, was mistreated during training, during training class a trainer through a control. The shop your way rewards program is the worst rewards program that I have seen. I don't know where Sears is going, but you don't work for a company and get mistreated poorly. Oh and let me not start with bringing a service dog to the company. Everybody asking inappropriate questions in regards to my service dog, then security comes and stops me and asked me why do I need a service dog and that they needed to know when my dog is coming to the business. I told them that by law you are not allowed to ask me why I need it for and I already spoke with HR and signed documents in regard to bringing my service dog. If they have any questions to contact HR>

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.
