The benefits are normal. Casual environment. A very easy job to do. You get to meet interesting people as well.

One of the biggest cons that the company currently have is that is being operated like a family business. Upper management don't CARE about the emplyee only themselves. The HR department is a joke. They are aware of all the unethical situation going on and they do NOTHING to defend the emplyee. They protect each other so no one ever get disciplined. Provided team manager with unrealistic goals so they don't have to pay us. The GM and OM increases​ the goal to the floor so their bonus dont get hurt and it's a another way of the company saving money. There's no real career in this call center. You will slave without any real reward.

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

We occasionally faced difficult customer interactions, changing sales expectations, and the need to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, retail schedules often required evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, which could affect our work-life balance.
