Consider working there only if you can't get employed any where else. The entire system is broken. The point of sales system is cumbersome and the computers which are supposed to assist in sales are perpetually malfunctioning.

You are treated as chattle. Dogmatic directives are pronounced from on high from people who clearly have no idea what the trenches are like, and have never functioned in the job they are now telling you how to do.
