Had some of the most respectful managers. Customers had a passion for the company. Always something new to work on. Associates were happy-ish.

An insane amount of metrics (I can think of 11 off the top of my head) that you must meet. Management constantly hounds you for not achieving the metrics. Higher-ups in the corporation make terrible marketing choices and foolish updates to "modern-ize" the store. Lacking proper organization.
