      This company promotes people within the organization. So if you work hard you'll be given training and opportunities to advance your career. The medical benefits are great and the pay is very competitive. You can start here as a janitor and work your way up to a high salary for the field.

      The work is difficult and they expect salaried people to be available when the clients need their assistance, but they do compensate you well for your time. They don't offer direct deposit to their hourly employees which needs to change.

      They had amazing communication and always made sure your work schedule fitted with your personal life schedule. You worked at your own pace.

      No one wants to do the dirty work (bathrooms) but someone has to. There was no direct deposit - you had to pick up your check every pay day.

      Upper management is awful. They will throw anyone under the bus to stay on top. They dont care about the employees. They make all office staff salary and severely under pay them. They abuse the salary staff by requiring they answer their phones and emails outside of working hours, on vacation and when they are sick. Salary employees are required to sign an employment contract to get their position. If they do not agree with the contract 100% they are told they will never make any more money than whats in the contract. You only get 3 sick days a year.
