Decent Culture, focus on growing talent internally

It's a small company and you may have to work outside of your normal job. There are advantages to that as you can gain skills but also disadvantages to it.

The team was great while working there. Unfortunately they’ve all been laid off since the company went bankrupt.

Management is directionless and disorganized. Changes company directive every 6 months.
