Great culture. Great benefits to permanent employees

The pay is a little low but I’m currently contract

Health insurance is very reasonably priced. Many like the M-Th 9 hour days, E/O Friday 8 and the opposite Fridays off. Essentially for many it ends up being 10+ hours a day and maybe E/O Friday off. The Lancaster location is a much nicer facility with more reasonable people and expectations.

- Everything else is about as bad as you can imagine a culture being. C Level suite -- can't trust them and then they designate monkeys in the group to lie to eliminate positions, which by the way they recently did to 25 people. - As a result of the poor management, most of the good workers quickly flee or they terminate them. - Pay is horrible -- better off working at a gas station and being treated and paid better. - ESOP -- their only saving grace would be if they got rid of the ESOP so everyone could get their money out before they drop dead. They'll sell it to you like it's the greatest thing, but ask to read the summary document and you can come to your own conclusion. - My personal advice; Find someplace else to work. In my own opinion, this ended up being the worst place I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time as life is way too short to waste it on this place. Go somewhere you can enjoy and trust the people around you with a positive, engaging, personal culture. You deserve better.
