Hard to feel any day is a grind regardless of the tasks when mixing with people like this. * Maturity, inclusiveness and transparency from leadership in decisions they make and what they expect from contributors (this is the 'Be Human' value you hear about during the recruitment process, and it's a solid example set from the top). * It's an exciting space and there's a real sense of momentum and shared purpose as the company grows to address the business opportunity. Lots of big thinking and innovation outside of just being a market leader with a service offering. * Happy, supportive and friendly environment.
