I joined the company during COVID and it was great how much people helped me with on-boarding remotely, not only for job related things but also socially. There was a big focus around culture during interviews and I now understand why there is such a huge emphasis on culture. Everyone is very sharp and has something to add to the company. There's also not a lot of ego - people are usually very open to admit to what they don't understand or they are more than happy to explain.

No cons yet to add, I've generally enjoyed my experience so far.

The people. I've never worked at a place filled with so many incredibly smart, kind, open, and friendly people. The work, and openness to innovation - I work on so many great projects, and the team is always so open to experimenting with new solutions, that it feels very collaborative in a really positive way. I've been given the freedom to work on what I feel is best and most important. Workplace perks - there's so much thought and care that goes into making sure that employees have what they need to get the job done. So much is done to make sure that the office feels comfortable, like a 2nd home, it makes the workplace very relaxed and welcoming. The opportunities - It feels like no matter what I wanted to go into in this organization, as long as I'm willing to put in the work and learn, that I would have the opportunity to do so.

I think some people may not like commuting to San Mateo, as it's a bit of a commute from the city. However, San Mateo is a really beautiful, much more relaxed city, so that may fit some people better than others.
