The company culture is horrible. Management doesn't trust that anyone can do the job without being micromanaged. Managers have favorites and it is obvious to everyone. One executive has made discriminating comments and sexually harasses employees regularly and gets away with it. Also there is no work life balance or flexibility in schedule.
