If you are in one of their programs and are far away from the central team, you can probably have a good 1 1/2 years of experience with little drama. Stay away from anyone that’s been there awhile and the core founding team… they’re not your friend and they leach on your work.
you could produce massive amounts of your best work, or have mediocre productivity. they wouldn’t notice either way.
wait this is the pros section?
oh right… decent pay, unlimited time enough to make you not care if they succeed or not once you finally come to terms this place isn’t what it seems. it’ll seem cool at first but the weird vibes will come.

There’s some pretty corporate drink the juice vibes going on, that blocks them from seeing how bad they are at… project management, decision making, business development, as well as to their program teams, who are all really talented. But it’s like you work for a neat nonprofit project managed within a really not great company.
I’m just going to quote this from someone else because it is EXACTLY right, as are much of the other negative reviews:
“Project managers and directors are also wonderful until they feel threatened, then they will limit your work, shut you down and give constant passive aggressive vibes. Never imply you're unhappy and trust no one, it'll get right back to upper management, then bye bye.”
