No work/life balance.

      Communication. There is none. Planning and resources are not executed or allocated properly so there are bottle necks throughout the company. Salary is not up to par with companies comparable to industry, location and size. System and service education is not consistent throughout departments.

      I felt like I was a cover for an oversea operations. A few folks answer the phones with thousands of Indians working behind the scenes. The boss is a total rude, snobby women who treats people poorly.

      Im sorry to see you leave Secova. Secova is definitely a melting pot of cultures and surely not a cover for an overseas operations. That said, we try to train all our employees in being more culturally aware as they differ by geographical location. As for your comment on senior management, we have taken input from all our employees through a major restructuring exercise earlier this year and we are currently in progress of implementing that feedback. This should be completed in full by end of 2013(less than 20 days). 2014 and onwards is going to a fantastic experience for all employees at Secova.
