The people are incredible. So many long term and loyal employees makes it feel like a family environment when everyone is together. No work/life balance.

Communication. There is none. Planning and resources are not executed or allocated properly so there are bottle necks throughout the company. Salary is not up to par with companies comparable to industry, location and size. System and service education is not consistent throughout departments.
