Not a lot to be honest…

Unfortunately the company is very greedy with how much % they take from the therapists, but at the same time they are very quick to deduct half the pay when there are delays with transportation and making therapist earn £25 for the one hour treatment (which in reality takes up 3 hours out of their time with the travel from and to the next booking) this is less than minimum wage and it is quite unreasonable when they charge very high % for us providing everything needed for the treatment including our products and equipment. Then even if you block your calendar out they harass you with messages about working and if you don’t respond they even harass you more

Good pay compared with a salon job

They do not treat you as a freelancer. They act as an employer, expect from you the benefits of an employee but they pay you as a freelancer. They don’t consider your aport during the years. It was disheartening, as the first years there were great but then they turn into a greed bunch and they forgot the human factor. I’d say if you wanna work there, read well your contract and don’t sign unless you know exactly what you’re signing. Ex They book a client for tomorrow morning, (you have less than 24 hours until you meet the client )if the client cancels they wound not pay you, but if you cancel due to illness or whatever emergency, you as a therapist get charged a £ 20 fee for canceling ( could be more now).
