Call center culture, no flexible timings, no appraisals, no freedom, too much politics, HR has lot of influence on the team, useless management just wants to run their business but don't really care about the employee's career (but always mentions that they do which is a joke). No scope of growth, if you are considering joining this company just because u don't have a job, it is better to stay unemployed than joining here.
