When market is good you have potential to make decent money.

Would rather spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on BS motivational speakers than any bonus or incentive pay. CFO is a predator. He constantly would hit on myself and other women and send unwanted sexual pictures. Nothing ever became of it because if you complained you would get paid off for your silence and encouraged to quit. If someone doesn't like you they will single you out and drastically reduce your lead volume and back end processing and underwriting help.
