Because of somewhat new company, ability to adapt to market/product changes and strategies, while always keeping an open mind and looking at the bigger picture from a long-term perspective is essential. Obviously, this is not for everyone. Working extremely well in teams and being a good fit here is important, as everyone here compliments each other and works very well as an overall unit.
