It's been a worst insurance firm, I have worked in the past few years. They won't give you your pay slip. Whenever you are promoted, they won't give you in writing. The reason they do this is so that you won't be able to switch to the other company. If you don't have pay slip you won't be able to proof your income to the other companies and similarly, if you don't have your promotion letter you can't claim your new position to the outside world. In other words you will be trapped with these cheaters. If you are looking for a job as fresher then it's okay to join but don't get trapped here else your life will be screwed!
