      Best company I’ve ever worked for. The company culture is very supportive and conducive to growing yourself professionally. All the employees are very knowledgeable and focused on delivering the best service possible.       They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."

      Svantaggi

      They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria. Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination. No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.

      - Great salary. - Good culture. - As for work life balance, you may get a shifting schedule due to operational needs but once you're off the clock, you're done done.

      - Could be too hectic or fast-paced for some people. Not for me because I'm learning a lot and no pressure on my side.
