Great start up - Recensione dipendente - Customer Success Manager (CSM) presso SecureW2

The SecureW2 team was super responsive and willing to address all of my questions during the interview process. Their employees are clearly passionate about the work they do as well as the company and culture they're building.

Nothing company related. I experienced some issues with onboarding paperwork when using Safari, but switching to Chrome solved those issues.

- I get Opportunities to work with all teams starting from Product design, Development, Testing and release which helps me to understand the product features and technology as well. ( typically don't get such interactions anywhere). - Management listen to and consider ideas from all levels. Also regular interactions sessions with Managers on Professional development. - Great team and Positive attitude among peers. - still in hybrid mode post pandemic.

I dont have any cons till now.
