      Good people to work with, managers and culture is good.

      Upper management didn’t keep up with changes then scrambled to adapt. Once they went public it changed but not for the better. They’d layoff good people when business was down during Q1-Q2 then try to hire for the business cycle upswing in Q3-Q4, rinse, repeat.
