Insurance is horrible, only plans for individual employees and your family is out of pocket. Work life balance is non existent. I spent more time at work than with my family. They would approve time off then you'd get questioned like no tomorrow by the PMs on why you need a day off. Their employee handbook isnt updated yet they enforce policies that dont reflect the current handbook. Examples, Drive time, time off, reimbursement for bits used ( i spent hundreds of dollars on replacement bits after requesting new ones and not receiving them even got denied a replacement drill after burning one up on a job) The owner (Nate) is a narcissist, I watched him single out employees multiple times in front of everyone for matters that should have been handled privately. As for culture and value I don't think keggers should be happening in the business environment. Leave on a friday to go out in the field come back on a monday to cases upon cases of empty beers in the warehouse. Being blatantly lied to about bonuses and raises doesn't give off a good look either. Saw multiple employees come in after my hire and they were receiving sign on bonuses of $2,000 and 3 weeks of pto. As for training, its non existent. Get ready to be chewed out and talked down to like a child by their engineer.
