I worked there 10 years and was in a hostile work environment with an employee and was told it was my problem. She was transferred from another department because of her behavior and was rude to our agents and other employees. It to appoint where it was hard to get out of bed and even go to work. I have been severely underpaid and they let me go do to attendance when this person was late constantly and missed work all the time and I was the one let go, The sad thing is I loved my job and was good at it but apparently not valuable as an employee. I did have personal issues that was worked with being sick , Having Covid, hospitalized and missed work. However after all I tried to do and the hostile work environment I was in nothing was done to help me and I was pushed out on my opinion. Human Resources did nothing either!

See above . I had several complaints about her by multiple employees and agents and I was overlooked.
