It’s an early-stage environment, so you have to be ready for some chaos and ambiguity — things move fast, priorities shift, and not everything is fully baked. That said, it’s part of what makes the work exciting. If you get attached to a process or system, just know it might get overhauled tomorrow. Adaptability is key, especially when the company is scaling quickly and constantly evolving.
For me this is not a con, but for some it may be --- just be self-aware and honest with yourself if this is for you!
