Very high turnover of employees especially middle managers, one day you work under person X the next day you're working under Y, the following week they let go of Y and you're under Z. People you work with just disappear without any warning and without proper handing over of the projects. Extremely high degree of unpredictability in general. Projects get prioritized and deprioritized randomly. Favouritism: some employees get promoted despite lack of skills and experience while other very skillful employees are not treated well. Upper management throw people below them under the bus. The HR changes constantly. I have seen so many different directors/VPs of HR that I can't even remember their names. Also the rest of HR personnel have a very short employments. The company prioritizes the happiness of the largest clients over accuracy of their scores. Engineers want to fix those issues but they can't because it might negatively affect some clients. Frequent layoffs to please the board without coherent vision. Company culture has deteriorated since years ago. Politics, politics, and more politics.
