The product is totally broken and does not work. As a Salesman, how can you earn comission when the product fails during POC, or in the On-boarding phase - before it is formally accepted and adopted ??? Technically lead company with a total mistrust of all Sales people leading to C-level control over even a 5% Discount Non-existant Support - Non-responsive with no interest in the Customers. No responsibility or accountability taken by Management. Not their fault. Always the fault of "incompetent underlings". Tick-box Customer on-boarding - No account taken for the Customers ACTUAL needs. I'll stop here as the list could just go on and on...
