The ability to work remotely is a huge plus. Management takes the time to encourage professional/career growth. Pay is comfortable. Employees are amazing at cross-training to help across projects. 9-5 is typical, but not required; as long as projects are completed, the hours are flexible.

Several staffing changes in the recent past. However, this was due to 1 amazing individual gaining an awesome opportunity elsewhere (recruited externally), a few who were unfortunately let go due to budget constraints, and the rest were let go in order to "trim the fat" including workers who had been falsifying information or faking their work. The remainder of the employees are doing a wonderful job and making it a comfortable work environment.
