From the top down, CEO, HR to employees it's all broken. On my first day there one of the M.Ds started questioning what I could bring to the table and asked how I was going to prove my moneys worth. Constant toxic work culture, employees backbiting about current/former employees, high staff turnover rate. Constant pressure from higher ups, at times belittling you (even if you're a new starter you'll face the same pressure as an experienced employee) For such a small company there was so much office politics! Job description is never truly what they mean, they could change your job description or ask you to do something completely different than you're used to. Work environment isn't good either, it's next to a warehouse which is on top of a charity shop, the floor gets dirty too. Honestly the biggest mistake I ever made was working here, I would advise to avoid as it could harm your career/CV.
