Seegrid has taken full advantage by cutting the company culture that once made it a fun and appealing place to work after COVID. Over the last few months, Seegrid has seen a large amount of important roles depart for better opportunities, offering no incentives or competitive pay to retain employees. Instead, employees receive a repetitive assurance that working for Seegrid is paying off by being the "leader" in the industry. Constant re-structuring of teams leave employees with titles that are less than what they are qualified for. Many engineers being changed to "Technicians" Field and office culture have a massive disconnect in terms of expectations and communication. 12-18 hour days with unreasonable expectations to complete projects Poor work / life balance

Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
