Toxicity and incompetent floor manager are the major issues. Unhealthy competition between shifts that cause issues in communication and organization when accomplishing orders. Floor management dismisses that this occurs even though majority of the operators including long-time employees vouch that it does with examples. The operators do not trust that the floor management cares about them or truly values/appreciate their work that they deserve. It's not the entirely of management at fault, but there are a few bad apples that have more power and out number the good ones. I'm not sure on upper management, but they seem to be fine as far as I could tell. Floor management head doesn’t listen to the experienced operators before making an informed decisions that effect process production and individual performances when they have the appropriate knowledge of how the process/job actually functions. As far as I know and from others is that the floor management doesn't take responsibility when they make a mistake and deflect to the operator by default.
