It's still difficult for the company to identify the type of culture they want to operate. The Management has given room to a lot of negative work values (gossips, favouritism, back-stabbing, conflict of interest, process byepass, insider-dealing, etc.) just because the company has failed to define what they stand for. A lot of these negative things have thrived because Management has failed to define and stick to good corporate culture.
