Huge learning curve working with a technology that is both technical and commercially impactful. 3. Very big focus on sales process and methodology, which can help less experienced reps develop strong sales acumen and career prospects.

1. Culture - The overall culture is intense, and has lead to very high attrition in the last 12 months. Resources are very scarce for the expectations that are set and the turnover has widened gaps in our ability to deliver results, especially for a technical product that takes time to master. 2. Management - Key leadership positions are being filled with inexperienced people, or friends of people in high places that are 'yes people'. They will do what's asked of them, no matter what the human impact is. See previous reviews. 3. Diversity - A severe lack of both 'physical diversity' (race, gender etc), but also diversity of background and thought. This is a military operation and there is no space for creative thought, personal opinions or building your own path to success. 4. Earnings - OTE's are nice, but the targets & comp plans are not.
