They are too cost conscious (cheap) when it comes to non exempt employees. Exploit their non-exempt employees.
They do not participate in e-verify allowing undocumented hire.
Their break room is a pig style. Owner does not care to provide a good lunch environment. Broken cabinets and they don't even provide the essentials for lunch such as forks and spoon.
They hire these undocumented people to then fire them within a month.
My first and second day was horrible. The HR in charge not a available and small amount of instruction. I was bored out of my mind. On my 2nd day I had to lay off 6 people that were hire a month prior because of lack of work. Yet they anticipate to bring then back in Jan. Terrible! BTW at least one was undocumented. I want nothing to do with this company.
My desk was full of mice droppings. Gross!
If you been contacted for an HR professional job and you are used to doing the right thing then this is NOT for you.
The person before me lasted 3 weeks I lasted 2 days. DON'T DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID!
