- Great office spaces and locations in different cities (all are a bit unique and have their own flair)
- For the most part, employees are hard working, talented, and pleasant to work with
- Not corporate at all so there's a nice laid back vibe
- Half days on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day are a huge plus and you get a solid amount of vacation, personal, and sick days
- Most people actually take a proper lunch break and eat in the kitchen which is not typically the case at other agencies where everyone eats at their desks while working
- Generally, hard-working employees are recognized with a raise/promotion
- Caliber of clients tends to be strong

- Because of the casual work environment, people can be unprofessional... this is not the case for everyone, but there are some strong personalities (including amongst management) so you need to be okay with dealing with that
- Promotions/raises will be on freeze if there's a lack of client work overall which can be really unfair if your client work is going well and you have been told you will get a promotion/raise
- There's a sink or swim mentality and little training so this is not a good place for people who aren't comfortable learning as they go
