Upper management seems to not want to hear the opinions of the people working directly with the customers to make a better experience. Upper Management has a bias towards some people and treats them like close friends and won't acknowledge others. Used to be customer focused, now there is so much focus on sales that if you do not make your monthly commission goal, you get reprimanded. Very little communication between teams making the job as a design consultant difficult when a customer askes some questions. There used to be fun parties but they axed those cause the company is losing money. If you had a question about a product and there were no managers around you were out of luck. Managers are always in a meeting so if you need to talk to them, good luck trying to find them. Mandatory overtime during the holidays. I was told there would be no cold calling when I started, now if you do not cold call, you will get reprimanded. They took away Work From Home benefits, not there are no incentives for working hard. commission used to get a good amount upwards of $500+ a month if you worked hard for it.
