This is a company that has been active in Tech Research for over a decade, and has mature processes and toolsets, with a focused R&D team that has provided us custom research tools, built on top of leading LLMs. We also get to train and refine our own models and utilize them across various research modalities. It's a great way to learn these cutting-edge techniques. Our team and manager has been great to work with. I get to work from home!

Good coworkers. Enjoyed the work. Editors put in time and energy to make my experience better and that was greatly appreciated.

Mental health wasn't prioritized. Even people who worked super hard weren't paid anywhere close to the industry standard. Repeatedly gave feedback about wanting more opportunities for growth. Management didn't listen and wasn't interested.
