There’s a serious lack of structure. Calls are constant, expectations are high, but the support and training don’t match what’s actually needed to succeed. You’re expected to hit numbers, transfer qualified leads, and move quickly—but the systems and communication internally are inconsistent and misleading.
Management pushes volume over quality, which creates pressure to rush calls instead of actually helping people. It often feels like you’re just another number in a system, not an employee being developed or valued. Feedback is minimal unless something goes wrong.
On top of that, the environment can feel repetitive and draining with little room for growth.
