Enterprising empowerment with the tools the front line needs to do their job. Social and people oriented organizational culture. Creative talent is highly appreciated, in a team effort that is highly competitive.

      This is a highly dynamic, realistic, results oriented culture where performance evaluation is the next step in the process. Insurance licencing and carrier certifications are hard. Retention after AEP is only for the top 20% of the team.

We always strive to be upfront with our recruiting and hiring practices. The top 20% of agents are guaranteed regular full time positions following the completion of the seasonal AEP role, but we are a growing company and have opportunities across the company.       Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
