It may not be the simplest one, but it has been designed to make sure that first and foremost, it is fair to everybody, and second, but equally important, that it continues to provide unlimited earning potential for those who do well in sales. If you have any concern about the compensation plan, please do reach out to your manager so this can be addressed.
