It is Easy to get hired due to low standards

During the hiring orocess you will be promised many things that they just won't be able to do for u because the comp changes to frequently. No matter what happens, over time you'll continually do more and more work for less money. This company is looking to expand the salesforce but they have no ability to grow the lead consumption due to competition. This naturally results in less and less opportunity for each agent.

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
