Initial onboarding and training for sales agents was structured and informative. Opportunity to move into different roles internally (e.g. recruiter), though not always sustainable. Remote work set up was convenient.

Commission structure was not competitive given the workload—felt overworked and underpaid. Leads were often recycled or unresponsive, making it difficult to meet performance goals. High-pressure environment with minimal ongoing support after training. Internal mobility didn’t guarantee job security—promoted to recruiter and let go shortly after without clarity. High turnover and unclear communication from leadership added to job stress and instability.

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
